Rich Brilliant Willing is seeking to immediately hire a sales associate, Business Developer & Researcher. This job is about diligence, organization, passion, and winning! Primary responsibilities are focused on lead generation: early stage outreach, generating ‘warm’ leads for the sales team to follow up with. Great phone skills and ability to qualify leads quickly are prized assets here. Work directly with co founder and Sales Director, Alexander Williams and alongside our incredible team of salespeople, designers and production staff. Achieving and reporting weekly personal KPIs
Generate and reach out to weekly lists of cold leads
Phone, direct mail and email campaigning
Transfer ‘warm’ leads to sales team
Working at trade fair stands NYC, Chicago, LA, Milan (potential), etc. (3-4 shows annually)
Quarterly travel to domestic regional showrooms, reps and specifiers
Desired Experience & Skills
1+ years experience with cold calling-familiarity with a repeatable sales process a plus (all our sales people attend Sandler Boot Camp)
Familiarity with Salesforce and Quickbooks a big plus
Ability to lift 15-20 pounds *required (you will carry samples and literature)
This position begins as full time freelance with a 90 day trial period. Health care coverage through RBW’s group plan available after 90 days. Total compensation package based on experience.
